Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RezeptRX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Description of Service

RezeptRX is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides healthcare management tools, including but not limited to:

• Patient management and electronic medical records (EMR)
• Appointment scheduling
• Prescription management
• Billing and invoicing
• Clinic and provider management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Maintain only one account per organization

Healthcare Data and Compliance

You are solely responsible for all patient data entered into the platform. You must:

• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations in your jurisdiction (e.g., HIPAA in the United States, applicable data protection laws in India)
• Obtain necessary consents and authorizations from patients
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Maintain appropriate backup procedures
• Enter into any required Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) or similar agreements

Our platform provides security features designed to support compliance, but you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use RezeptRX:

• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• To transmit harmful code, malware, or viruses
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• To access other users' data without authorization
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• To use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• To impersonate any person or entity

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RezeptRX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Service Availability and Disclaimer

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We may perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RezeptRX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at support@rezeptrx.com.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
