Common questions
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. The profile page is free for doctors and dentists, and you do not need a card.
- What do I need to make my page?
- Your name, specialty, qualifications, registration number, the council you are registered with, your city and an email address. Clinic address, timings, fee, phone number and photo are optional and can be added later.
- When does my page go live?
- As soon as you open the link we send to your email. We then check your registration, and when that is done your page shows “Registration checked by RezeptRX”.
- Can I change my page later?
- Yes. The link in the email we send you opens your page for editing. Keep that email. You can change your details, timings and photo at any time.
- What will patients see?
- Only what you add: your name, qualifications, registration details, clinic, timings, fee and the phone number you choose to show. Your email address is never shown.
- Can I remove my page?
- Yes. Every page has a link to ask for it to be removed, or you can write to support@rezeptrx.com.
- Do I have to use RezeptRX clinic software?
- No. The profile page is free on its own. The clinic software for appointments, prescriptions and bills is separate.
